01 In which order should I use the formulas?

01 [CL] Cleanse, 02 [RS] Reset, 03 [RP] Repair, 04 [ST] Nourish. The first three are rinsed off; the [ST] serum is applied to the roots and left in.

02 Do I need all four formulas?

Each formula works on its own, but the protocol was designed as a whole. The [OS] Protocol brings the four formulas together at a reduced price.

03 How many drops of [ST] serum?

3 to 4 drops directly on the roots, gently massaging the scalp. Leave in.

04 How long should I leave the [RP] treatment on?

3 to 5 minutes on lengths and ends, then rinse.

05 Are the formulas suitable for all hair types?

They were designed for all hair types. If your scalp is sensitive, test on a small area before first use.

06 Where can I find the composition?

The actives of each formula are detailed on its product page, under “Key ingredients”, and the full ingredient list is printed on the packaging.

07 What are the shipping times and costs?

In France and the European Union, standard shipping costs €6.90 and is complimentary from €60. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, and a tracking email is sent as soon as your order ships.

08 Can I return a product?

You have 14 days after delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be taken back. All conditions are detailed on the Shipping & returns page.
