Shipping & returns

We ship to France and the European Union.

France and European Union: standard shipping €6.90, complimentary from €60.
Cyprus and Malta: express shipping only, costs calculated at checkout.

Your order is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, and an email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know you wish to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. Simply write to osmosehair@gmail.com with your order number.

Products must be returned within 14 days of your request, unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of your request. They may be withheld until the returned products have been received.

If a product arrives damaged or does not match your order, write to us with a photo at osmosehair@gmail.com: we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code).
